Booking and Appointment

You can book an appointment through our online booking system on our website, by calling our clinic directly, or by visiting us at our clinic. Online booking is available 24/7 and allows you to choose your preferred date and time.

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. This can be done through our online portal, by calling our clinic, or through the confirmation SMS/email you receive. Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur charges a fee .

Services and Packages

Yes, we offer comprehensive contact lens services including initial fittings, follow-up care, and contact lens education.

Payment

We accept cash, online payments, and checks.

Timing

We provide services to days a week from 9:00 AM TO 8:00 PM.
